為弄清楚這些問題，一般按照以下步驟進行：

1、分別檢查涂料編號、批號和稀釋劑是否正確，涂料粘度是否在工藝范圍內(nèi)，并逐一校對，監(jiān)測。

2、檢查原材料鋁卷在進行過程中是否存在污染。

3、檢查涂裝輥研磨是否存在缺陷。

4、檢查涂裝輥、上料輥、提漆輥、計量輥轉(zhuǎn)速匹配和生產(chǎn)線速是否在工藝范圍內(nèi)。

5、檢查設(shè)備，氣壓是否正常。

14、由于涂裝生產(chǎn)工藝流程較長，所以處理方法必須從發(fā)現(xiàn)缺陷處開始向上一個工序方向逐一按上述方法進行檢查，直至找到造成缺陷問題所在，然后作對應(yīng)處理。
