　　1060鋁板的化學(xué)成份包括：鐵(Fe)0.35，錳(Mn)0.03，鎂(Mg)0.03，硅(Si)0.25,鋅(Zn)0.05，鈦(Ti)0.03，銅(Cu)0.05，鋁(Al)99.6以上。具體力學(xué)性能：抗拉強(qiáng)度σb(MPa) 110-136 伸長(zhǎng)率δ10 (%) 3-5.參考：鋁板帶國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB/T 3880-2006)，1060鋁板可進(jìn)行氣焊、氫原子焊和接觸焊，不易釬焊；但強(qiáng)度低，熱處理不能強(qiáng)化，可切削性不好；該產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于對(duì)強(qiáng)度要求不高的產(chǎn)品.產(chǎn)品常用于招牌、廣告牌、建筑物外觀裝飾、公車車身、高樓與工廠墻身裝飾、廚房洗滌槽、燈座、風(fēng)扇葉、電子用件，化工儀器、薄板加工件、深拉或旋壓凹形器皿、焊接零件、熱交換器、鐘表面及盤面、銘牌、廚具、裝飾品、反光器具等。
　　The chemical composition of 1060 aluminium sheet includes iron (Fe) 0.35, manganese (Mn) 0.03, magnesium (Mg) 0.03, silicon (Si) 0.25, zinc (Zn) 0.05, titanium (Ti) 0.03, copper (Cu) 0.05, and aluminium (Al) over 99.6. Specific mechanical properties: tensile strength_b (MPa) 110-136 elongation delta 10 (%) 3-5. Reference: National Standard for Aluminum Sheet and Strip (GB/T 3880-2006), 1060 Aluminum sheet can be welded by gas welding, hydrogen atom welding and contact welding, which is not easy to braze; but its strength is low, heat treatment can not be strengthened, and its machinability is not good; it is widely used in products with low strength requirements. Products are often used in signboards, billboards and construction.
